My Name is Andrew, I am a Meditation Teacher from South-West of Sydney.
In today's society, there is a considerable amount of tension and stress in each of our lives. We deal with as best we can using the tools that we have access to.
As a meditation teacher, I provide opportunities through meditation, and mindfulness activities such as Journalling, Reiki and even extending to Reflexology looking forward.
I am introducing to you my introduction to meditation exercises, my range of prescriptive meditations and my meditation groups. The meditation circles will be held both on and off line with live streaming being a common method of delivery I will be holding meditation in beautiful and natural environments such as beaches and national parks in and around Greater Sydney.
I am incorporating a wide variety that can be used to target a variety of conditions/dis-eases experienced by many of us in everyday life.

My Story
I began my journey as a child with the ability to see spirit. Not sure how to handle this at that stage of my life, I shut down such occurrences.
As an adult. I have been involved with meditation circles through a variety of colleges and well known meditation experts.
One of my passions has been to heal, and promote healing through the use of meditation and other holistic therapies. My current focus is to empower those wishing to develop their own ability to calm their mind, body and spirit. I do this through providing people with the opportunity to practice meditation within a supportive meditation circle. I also teach the power of meditation to those wishing to integrate it into their life.
About stress.
Stress is a state of worry on the human mind. Not all stress is negative. That associated with excitement and positive experiences is good. Bad stress is excessive and potentially for long term (Extended). This type of stress if unmanaged for extended periods is harmful and will cause disease in our bodies.

Weekly Group Meditations in a natural environment
On regular occasions, we will come together for group meditations. These may be together in a local location or in the outdoors where we can make the most of natures sounds and beautiful Vistas. Examples include beaches, forests and waterfalls.
